Pirri N59 Semi-Automatic Germinator

1. Pre-wash and external soaking

The first step is to place the plug in the bottom of the basket. This step is essential to protect the machine and prevent water from entering the motor.

Pre-wash the seeds, changing the water several times.

Soak them for 4–5 hours in a separate container with clean water. Changing the water at least once helps with the oxygenation process. Do not soak inside the machine.

2. Initial wash

Remove the plexiglass cover from the basket.

Rinse thoroughly under running water directly in the basket.

Replace the plexiglass cover on the basket.

Place the basket in the N59.

4. Initial spin cycle

60 s at normal speed.

Turbo only in 20 s intervals.

60 s pause required between cycles.

5. Germination

Add approximately 200 cc of water to the inner tray.

Time: 16–17 hours at approximately 25°C.

6. Disinfection with Aqua Shield Puliziia.

Prepare a bucket for soaking. Prepare solution: 0.5 ml to 2 ml per 1 liter of water

Contact time: 10 minutes

Rinse thoroughly

7. Final spin and ready

Repeat spin to remove excess water

Administer to the bird as desired, directly with dry paste, with Rusk, with the Perle preparation, etc.
